Create an incoming webhook in Teams
Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to the channel where you want to receive form notifications. Click the three-dot menu (•••) next to the channel name and select "Workflows". Search for the "Send webhook alerts to a channel" template and select it. Configure the workflow parameters (choose the channel to post to) and click "Save". Copy the webhook URL that is generated — this is the URL you'll paste into ZenBuild. Alternatively, you can build a workflow from scratch in Power Automate using the "When a Teams webhook request is received" trigger.
