ZenBuild's form builder makes it easy to create surveys that people actually complete. Use rating scales, multiple choice, dropdowns, and open-ended questions. Add conditional logic to personalize the experience and multi-page layouts to keep things organized.
Start a new form from the dashboard. For surveys, you'll primarily use rating fields (1-5 or 1-10 scales), radio buttons (single choice), checkboxes (multiple choice), dropdowns (long option lists), and textareas (open-ended feedback). Drag these onto the canvas and write clear, specific questions.

Break longer surveys into multiple pages using page breaks — this prevents respondents from feeling overwhelmed by a wall of questions. Add conditional logic to show or hide questions based on earlier answers. For example, show a follow-up question only when someone rates an item below 3.

Set a clear title and description explaining the survey's purpose. Add a thank-you message for the completion page. Optionally set the form to close after a certain number of responses. Connect notifications so you're alerted when responses come in.

Publish the survey and share it via a direct link, embed it on your website, or send it by email. Monitor responses in real-time from the submissions page. Export the data as CSV for analysis in spreadsheets.

Aim for 5-15 questions. Surveys under 5 minutes to complete have the highest response rates. Use conditional logic to keep the experience short by skipping irrelevant questions.
Yes. The submissions page shows responses as they come in. You can also export all responses as CSV for analysis in spreadsheets or connect Google Sheets for automatic syncing.
Yes. Simply don't include any identifying fields (name, email) in your survey. ZenBuild doesn't track respondent identities unless you explicitly add those fields.
