Configure field options and requirements

Configure notifications and confirmations
Set up an email auto-responder to send registrants a confirmation with the details they submitted. Connect Slack or Discord notifications to alert your team about new registrations. Use webhooks to sync with external systems like CRMs or mailing lists.
Publish and embed
Publish the form and either share it as a direct link or embed it on your website. Choose from inline embed, popup, or slide-in widget modes. The form is mobile-responsive, so it works on any device.
