ZenBuild's embed feature lets you add any form to your website with a simple code snippet. Choose from inline, popup, or slide-in modes. Works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and any site that supports HTML.
Before embedding, make sure your form is published. Open the form in the builder and click Publish if it's still in draft. Only published forms can be embedded and accessed via their public link.

Open the Embed settings in the builder. Choose your embed mode: Inline displays the form directly on the page, Popup opens it in a modal overlay when a button is clicked, and Slide-in shows a tab on the edge of the page that expands when clicked. Each mode generates a different code snippet.

Copy the generated code snippet. For inline embeds, paste it in your page's HTML where you want the form to appear. For popup and slide-in, paste the script tag in the page's body. The snippet handles loading the form, styling, and responsiveness automatically.

Load the page on your website and verify the form displays correctly. Test a submission to make sure data flows through to your dashboard. Check on both desktop and mobile — the embed is responsive by default.
The embed code works with any platform that supports custom HTML — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, and static HTML sites. Paste the snippet in a custom HTML block or widget.
The form uses your configured branding (logo, colors, fonts). For inline embeds, the form adapts to the container width. You can customize the form's appearance in the builder's design settings.
Yes. Use the same embed code on as many pages as you need. All submissions go to the same place regardless of which page the form was filled out on.
